Arjo is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager, Segments & Strategic Solutions to lead the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth within the medical products rental market, programs division & across segments. In this dynamic, cross-functional role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive internal and external marketing strategies designed to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.
Day-to-day functions:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, plans, and programs across the rental portfolio, key program divisions (MOVE, Insight), and various customer segments.
- Drive comprehensive go-to-market strategies and product launch plans, including positioning, messaging, promotional campaigns, pricing, and sales enablement tools.
- Oversee business operations for the rental fleet, managing distribution and manufacturer partnerships while owning local market evaluations and driving commercialization efforts.
- Plan and execute plans to engage key decision-makers and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in targeted markets.
- Collaborate closely with Arjo Sales and regional leadership to develop and implement key account strategies focused on growth, customer retention, and regional performance.
- Manage lifecycle activities for assigned product lines, including technical sales support, advertising and promotions, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and demand forecasting.
- Identify and implement process improvements and resource optimization opportunities to drive greater efficiency and cost effectiveness across the product portfolio.
- Leverage market intelligence and competitive insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and ensure responsiveness to evolving market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s/Advanced degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5-7+ years of revenue-driving marketing/product management experience.
- Prior experience in the medical device, healthcare or related industry is highly desired.
- Prior downstream marketing and/or strong sales experience is preferred; formal leadership experience a plus.
- Executive-level communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proven success in managing large, complex, cross-functional programs from conception to completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and other database concepts.

- Total Cash – Base pay of $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 and variable compensation are the primary elements of the Arjo Base Compensation program. These vary depending upon the nature of the job.
