Arjo is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of category strategies and product launches across key business areas. In this dynamic, cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with sales, quality assurance, supply chain, finance, customer service, and field services to drive profitable revenue growth. You will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive internal and external marketing plans designed to increase market share, revenue, and profitability. Key responsibilities include managing product promotion and commercialization activities, supporting distribution and manufacturer relationships, conducting local market evaluations, collecting Voice of Customer (VOC) insights, and overseeing product lifecycle planning, pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and multi-channel launch initiatives. 

 

Day-to-day functions: 
•    Develops and executes overall strategy, marketing plans, and programs for assigned categories.
•    Responsible for launches and go-to-market plans for assigned product lines(s) including strategy, messaging, marketing material, promotions, pricing, and sales force tactics.
•    Accountable for product forecasting to facilitate inventory management.
•    Interacts with internal and external customers, by meeting regularly, attending conference/conventions, responding to requests. 
•    Performs maintenance of assigned product line(s), product advertising/promotion, pricing, lifecycle management planning, competitive surveillance, website maintenance, and forecasting.
•    Assist in developing and identifying new work processes and the improved utilization of human and material resources as related to the product portfolio to improve efficiencies and costs.
•    Acquires and applies competitive and market research data to reassess and recalibrate marketing strategies and tactics on an ongoing basis.
•    In collaboration with Sales, drives the develop of responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP).
•    Partners with the Sales, Clinical, Service, and Back Office teams to identify and execute against key training initiatives 
•    Required to travel with sales representatives to better understand the needs of customers and patients we service with our products as required and on a periodic basis.
•    Participates in all reasonable work activities as assigned by management.•    

 

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (Master’s/Advanced degree is a plus).
•    Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience preferably in the Healthcare/Medical device industry.

•    The ideal candidate will have prior downstream marketing and/or strong sales experience. 
•    Professional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills 
•    Self-starter, an independent thinker, and a rapid decision maker.
•    Ability to plan, set objectives, measure performance, provides direction and builds a culture of employee involvement at all levels.
•    Demonstrated success in managing large complex cross functional programs from conception to completion
•    Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and other database concepts.
•    Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
•    Ability to work effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.

  • Total Cash – Base pay of $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 and variable compensation are the primary elements of the Arjo Base Compensation program. These vary depending upon the nature of the job.
