Arjo’s Quality Systems Analyst is responsible for analysis of product complaints and product returns by reviewing multiple data sources and supporting compliance with Arjo Quality Procedures and Standards.

Day-to-Day Activities: 

  • Enter and manages customer and product complaints; notify across Arjo departments as necessary.
  • Assist with Training on Complaint Handling and Data Entry.
  • Utilize software tools (e.g. SAP, TrackWise).
  • Collaborate with Quality and Service department databases to identify product reliability and detect quality trends.
  • Provide information on equipment complaints and service trend analysis.
  • Initiate correspondence and follow-up on customer-related to incidents; track complaint investigations as required. 
  • Ensure compliance with all FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations.
  • Attend Quality & Compliance Training as required.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a QSR and/or GMP-regulated industry. Medical Device or Healthcare industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and to interact effective with global quality associates
  • Knowledge of FDA Quality Systems and Medical Device Reporting regulations (21 CFR 803 and 820).
  • Demonstrated experience and application of computer systems for word processing, complaint management, and trending.
  • Prior experience as a Quality Process Analyst and/or Certified Quality Improvement Associate preferred.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, presentation.
