WHAT MOVES YOU?
Arjo is seeking a hands-on Training Leader to drive and support Arjo's customer-facing organization through continuous skills and competence development. This Training Director will ensure that the right skills and capabilities drive strategic progress and sustainable business performance; including Sales and Clinical skills development, business acumen, Arjo’s product and solution offering, and customer interaction skills.
In this role, you will become the subject matter expert on Arjo’s business and how to best design and deliver programs that enable Arjo employees to deliver on company goals and strategies.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Partner with the senior leadership to understand the business and identify knowledge/competence gaps.
- Create and continuously update the Strategic Training Plan to addresses identified gaps.
- Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training modules in Clinical, Product Knowledge, and Sales.
- Deliver and support Training in US, Canada, and Mexico; including new product/solution launches, New Hire Training, and skills-improvement programs.
- Actively collaborate with business and corporate stake holders to ensure training content is relevant and meeting business and compliance needs.
- Own and track data on Arjo's global training system/catalogue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales, sales management or equivalent; experience in Med Device or Pharma preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategic training strategy execution and consultancy in Sales and Corporate environments.
- Experience in partnering closely with senior leaders to drive performance and results.
- Training facilitation and coaching experience in healthcare industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
