Area Sales Manager – Entry Level (Medical Equipment/Devices) At Udaipur, Rajkot and Bareilly

Position Overview We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to expand our business in the assigned city/territory by promoting our products and services to hospitals and healthcare leaders. This is an entry-level role designed for candidates at the start of their career who meet the specific qualifications below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong networks with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) such as doctors, nurses, biomedical staff, and hospital executives (COO, CFO, CEO, CNO).

  • Engage C-Suite leaders to create awareness of our products and the healthcare gaps we address.

  • Launch new products and drive adoption.

  • Grow and maintain hospital relationships for rentals and consumables.

  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.

  • Identify new customers and high-growth markets.

  • Monitor competitor activity and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Achieve annual sales targets and manage receivables.

  • Collaborate with hospital project consultants on new projects.

Required Skills

  • Growth mindset with consultative selling and active listening abilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills across all hospital levels.

  • Proven sales record with collaborative approach.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.

  • Computer proficiency (MS Office); CRM experience preferred (Salesforce).

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory – please read carefully)

  • Age: 25–30 years

  • Education:

    • Science or Engineering Graduate, OR

    • Non-Science Graduate with a Full-Time MBA

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Medical Equipment Sales, Medical Devices Sales, Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales, or Hospital Sales
