Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for healthcare? Join our teams as a product Specialist in acute care and make a difference in patient outcomes and caregiver efficiency. Based in Gothenburg, you will cover the entire central region, including Västra Götaland, Jönköping, Kalmar, Östergötland and Gotland. 

 

Position: Product Specialist – Acute care 
Location: Remote, based in Gothenburg   
Job type: full time – permanent position


As a Product Specialist in Acute Care, you will play a crucial role in enhancing health outcomes for patients and caregivers while driving financial success. By offering tailored solutions and expert recommendations from Arjo’s portfolio, you will support improved quality of life for residents, patients, and caregivers. Your proactive approach will allow you to anticipate and exceed the needs of your customers and clients.


Your responsibilities will include:


•    Driving and developing nationwide sales on Arjo’s product portfolio for acute care in designated district.
•    Mapping the customer base within the district and planning customer visits to market and sell our solutions effectively.
•    Providing best practices in clinical knowledge, techniques, and processes to improve patient care and caregiver efficiency.
•    Conducting product demonstrations and in-service training to support sales opportunities.
•    Monitoring pre-tender activities and proactively engaging with customers and key opinion leaders.
•    Contributing to tender work alongside the Swedish Bid Manager.
•    Building strong connections with key opinion leaders in the Acute Care sector within the designated district.
•    Identifying high-growth markets for our innovative products and exploring new revenue opportunities for existing product lines.


The skills you will need:


•    Minimum 3 years of demonstrated clinical experience in an Acute Care setting.
•    Clinical background is preferred (such as an Associate’s degree in Nursing or a related field), but not mandatory.
•    Proven track record as a proactive sales driver and hunter.
•    Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
•    Experience creating and delivering professional presentations to both clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.
•    Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) with good command of English.
•    Valid B driving license.


You will be part of a positive and dedicated team of six product specialists and one bid manager located across Sweden, each bringing unique clinical backgrounds and expertise to the table. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment that values your skills and experience.
