Arjo’s Field Installation Specialist is a field-based, hands-on position that directly leads and supports the full-cycle installation process of Arjo’s Ceiling Lift systems within medical facilities in the US.
Working daily with internal and external contributors to the Ceiling Lift installation effort, you will directly participate and manage labor resources to complete ceiling lift installation projects within Arjo’s hospital customers.
Overnight travel (auto and air): 60-80%. Arjo pays for travel expenses.
Day-to-Day Functions:
- Confirm Ceiling Lift project assessments and requirements.
- Complete Ceiling Lift project installations; manage daily activities/schedules of installers and/or local team.
- Ensure that installation specifications of Ceiling Lift Products are met.
- Communicate project updates to Arjo Sales, Service, Management….and to all external key stake holders.
- Prepare and submit Monthly Activity Review, Weekly Schedule Itinerary, Expense Reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (5 years of medical equipment installation can be substituted for education).
- 3+ years’ experience in capital medical equipment installation.
- Prior Ceiling Lift installation experience strongly preferred.
- Health facility construction and/or project management experience a plus
- Current OSHA 30-hour safety card or able to obtain within 6 months in this job.
- Maintain, acquire, and continually upgrades knowledge of Arjo ceiling lifts
- Strong communication skills. Customer-facing experience a plus.
