Field Service Technician – Denmark East

Are you passionate about technology and healthcare? Join our team as Field Service Technician.

You will be part of a team of two technicians. You will assist in servicing and repairing Arjo's products, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job and make a real impact in the healthcare industry.

Location: Field based
Reporting To: Sales & Service Manager Denmark

Job type: Full time position, start date to be agreed upon

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Service & repair of Arjo’s products within a given region (Denmark East) according to company procedures, optimizing time and minimizing costs.
  • Familiarize yourself with our products and health and safety requirements to ensure professional and safe work on customer premises.
  • Provide feedback and contribute ideas to improve Arjo's products and services.
  • Maintain exemplary personal appearance and hygiene standards.
  • Contribute to increasing service agreement value and additional sales opportunities.
  • Keep all products and equipment in safe working conditions, reporting any issues to the Line Manager.

The skills you will need:

  • Basic knowledge in mechanical/electrical engineering (certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Interest in the medical devices or healthcare environment.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.

 

Special Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
