What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our passionate, highly driven and successful sales team based in China. The primary focus of the role is to promote and sell the products and services of Arjo, to manage the relationships with our customers and ensuring clinical and technical support, and to develop and implement business plans in an effective and ethical manner.

We are looking for a person to: 

  • Develop sales activities in North China Regional to ensure the highest levels of services for our customers.
  • Provide leadership to meet or exceed short-term and long-term targets.
  • Take the initiative to manage tender tracking, orders, payment collections, and channel inventory.
  • Explore new business development opportunities in North China and coordinate the Marketing and Supply Chain Department.
  • Control the sales promotion budget for the sales department and maximize business return.

The skills you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, medical-related major preferred
  • At least five years of medical equipment sales and commercial operation experience, especially in ICU, preferred
  • MNC background preferred
  • Professional presentation style
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • High level of Microsoft Office skills
  • Both Mandarin and English speaking preferred
  • Strong leadership in project management and creativity
  • Strong execution and strategic thinking
  • Demonstrate an evident passion for the business

 

候选人技能:

  1. 本科及以上学历,医学相关专业优先
  2. 5年以上医疗设备销售及商业运营经验,ICU优先
  3. 跨国公司背景优先
  4. 专业的演讲风格
  5. 良好的书面和沟通能力
  6. 熟练使用Office办公软件
  7. 普通话和英语流利者优先
  8. 在项目管理和创意方面有很强的领导能力
  9. 强大的执行力和战略思维
  10. 对业务表现出明显的热情
