What is the Opportunity?
Due to recent growth in the business, we now have a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and experienced On-site Service Technician to join our passionate, highly driven and successful Service Team based in Western Australia. 


As a Service Technician, you will apply your technical knowledge to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Arjo equipment and products for Arjo customers both out in the field as well as on-site within a care facility/hospital. You will support customers by securing the best possible condition for mobility products and solutions. Your skills will help empower movement for people facing mobility challenges and increase the quality of lives for residents, patients and caregivers. 


We are looking for a person to:

•    Carrying out installation, maintenance, repairs and testing of Arjo’s range of products (medical equipment)
•    Conducting routine scheduled servicing; (Preventative and Reactive)
•    Install systems to full working capacity and ensuring operators are aware of operating and emergency procedures;
•    Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes;
•    Maintain and report spare parts stock accurately in service ERP system;
•    Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Company Policy;
•    The in house Service Technician role will also support the regional travel requirements, to cover leave or business requirements when required. 


The skills you will need:
•    A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service;
•    Mechanical and/or Electronics background;
•    2-5 year’s Service experience preferably within the Healthcare or service related sector;
•    Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills and ability;
•    Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tools, soldering, power tools and test/inspection equipment;
•    The ability to understand the customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions;
•    Strong time management skills with an ability to meet company performance targets/KPIs;
•    Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, be well presented, confident and sensitivity interacting with staff and clients;
•    Computer literacy;
•    The ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment;
•    A current WA driver's licence (Class C) is essential;
•    Due to the role working in hospitals and aged care facilities, you are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to commence in this role.
