Job Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to lead and optimize the manufacturing and distribution operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. The role involves overseeing production, planning and stores, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the operations team. Additionally, the role requires strong leadership in mentoring and developing team members, ensuring adherence to ISO practices, and leveraging ERP systems to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
