Arjo’s Field Installation Specialist is a field-based, very-hands-on position that directly leads and supports the full-cycle installation process of Arjo’s Ceiling Lift systems within medical facilities in the southeast states.

Working daily with internal and external contributors to the Ceiling Lift installation effort, you will directly contribute and manage labor resources to complete ceiling lift installation projects within Arjo’s hospital customers.

Overnight travel (auto and air) will be in the 60-80% range. Arjo pays for travel expenses.

Day-to-Day Functions:

  • Confirm Ceiling Lift project assessments and requirements.
  • Manage Ceiling Lift project installations, daily activities/schedules of installers and/or local team.
  • Communicate project updates to Arjo Sales, Service, Management….and to external customers (hospital administrators, nursing leaders, nursing home owners, contractors, architects, equipment planners, project managers)
  • Prepare and submit Monthly Activity Review, Weekly Schedule Itinerary, Expense Reports.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in capital medical equipment installation.
  • Health facility construction and/or project management experience a plus
  • Current OSHA 30-hour safety card or able to obtain within 6 months in this job.
  • Strong communication skills. Customer-facing experience a plus.
