The Sales Specialist in Arjo’s Reprocessing division generates sales through proactive sales pursuits of new hospital customers, account management, enforcement of contract compliance within existing hospital customers.

The selected Sales professional will contact medical facilities’ decision-makers and staff via phone and video to conduct a variety of Sales and Account Management functions.

Expected overnight travel:  approximately 15%

Day-to-Day Activities: 

  • Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators, including daily goals for outbound sales calls and identifying and closing sales.
  • Create new leads through active prospecting (e.g. cold calling, cold email, social selling, networking).
  • Create new sales opportunities through data analysis, customer engagements, lead qualification, periodic customer business reviews, and contract compliance meetings.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and in-service training.
  • Document sales activities and quotes through Salesforce.com.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School degree is required; advanced education is preferred, specifically in Business, Marketing, or related-field
  • Prior Sales experience required; B2B and/or within healthcare settings preferred
  • Prior experience selling capital equipment and/or medical devices/instruments preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, presentation.  
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and other related tools.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 15%.
