Working as an Arjo Workshop Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair and servicing of our rental equipment in the Republic of Ireland.

 

Our products address the clinical needs for long term care residents and patients with chronic health conditions and includes positioning solutions, mattress systems, medical beds, hygiene systems and compression therapies that are safe, easy to use and have a proven ability to address preventable injuries, such as pressure ulcers.

 

This is an interesting and varied role where you will have some interaction with our customers and patients so you must have excellent communication and customer service skills to enable you to provide the exemplary level of service we strive to offer. Your personality, enthusiasm, energy and positivity are essential for us to build long term relationships with our customers and ultimately play a key role in providing the essential equipment required by our patients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Repair customer products returned from the field and repair equipment and complete all necessary documentation.
  • Ensure familiarity with product range.
  • Complete and submit all relevant documentation accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • Ensure work area is clean and tidy, disposal of parts and chemicals is in line with Company policy and relevant documentation is fully completed.
  • Maintain all tools, spares and equipment within a safe working condition whilst seeking to optimise use of time and minimise cost.
  • Completion of all required documentation and both manual and electronic records.
  • Report all service related issues to the Rental Management Team.
  • Provide field based cover as required to suit the needs of the business.
  • Adherence to all Health and Safety measures.
  • Undertake any other reasonable requests as determined by Line Manager within the Rental business. This will include some seasonal limited cover for the Rental Technicians.
