This part time opportunity is ideal for a clinically experienced professional looking to apply their expertise in a flexible, customer facing role without the demands of full time or shift work.

 

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, clinically minded professional to support customers across Acute Care and Long Term Care settings.

This part time role supports Northern Sydney - including Hunter New England & Central Coast and sits at the intersection of clinical expertise and commercial delivery.

Working closely with the NSW/ACT Sales Team and State Sales Manager, you will act as a trusted clinical expert, providing education, onboarding, evaluations and implementation support across Arjo’s portfolio, including:

• Mobility solutions

• Vascular therapies

• Pressure injury prevention

Activities are planned and scheduled to align with the agreed part time hours, allowing you to deliver meaningful customer impact while maintaining work–life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality virtual and in person clinical education and product training

• Support equipment evaluations, trials and roll outs alongside Sales and Product teams

• Act as the clinical expert during customer engagements

• Build trusted relationships with key clinical stakeholders

• Plan and manage territory activity within agreed part time capacity

• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and follow up

• Understanding of sales process and customer engagement

Territory & Travel

• Territory includes Northern Sydney - including Hunter New England & Central Coast

• Travel is structured and predictable to support a sustainable part time workload

• Occasional early morning or site specific sessions may be required and are typically planned in advance

• Interstate travel is required at times and is planned in advance

About You

• Clinical background (e.g. nursing or allied health) with experience in Acute and/or Aged Care

• 3-5 years’ experience delivering clinical education or training (medical devices advantageous)

• Knowledge of early mobilisation, manual handling, wound care, pressure injury prevention or vascular therapies (desirable)

• Strong communication skills across virtual and face to face settings

• Organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously

• Enjoy collaborating with sales teams to support shared objectives
