About the Role


We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Service Delivery Manager to strengthen and optimise our Aftermarket service delivery across the ANZ region. This is a high impact role supporting both the commercial and operational functions of the service business ensuring our customers receive the safe, reliable, and high quality support Arjo is known for.


This is a strategic, influential role, ideal for someone who excels in customer alignment, systems, process excellence and cross functional collaboration.


What You’ll Do:


•    Lead and refine end to end service delivery processes across Australia and New Zealand 
•    Drive governance and optimisation of M3, CRM and Field Service Management (FSM) systems (e.g. Astea/Alliance) 
•    Enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, KPIs and operational visibility 
•    Partner with Aftermarket leaders on service contracts, pricing, renewals and financial performance 
•    Strengthen compliance and traceability to meet TGA, ISO and internal quality requirements 
•    Support NPI (new product introduction), end of life processes and full service lifecycle management 
•    Collaborate with service teams to ensure the effective synergy of environment, equipment and people in meeting increasing healthcare demands.

 

What You’ll Bring:


•    Strong prior experience in service delivery, operations, technical services and maintenance environments
•    Demonstrated capability in process optimisation, systems governance, and data accuracy
•    Clear commercial acumen with the ability to connect improvements to business outcomes
•    Influential leadership strengths to be able to guide, collaborate and drive cross functional performance
•    Experience in medical devices or healthcare technology is highly valued, but not essential
•    Proficiency in ERP/CRM/service systems such as M3, FSM tools and Salesforce/Dynamics.
