The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader Rentals Delivery Installer (Medical Equipment) to join our operations team based in Eastern Creek, NSW.
You will assist the Rental Manager in supervising employees, managing rosters, assigning work activities, monitoring performance and reviewing results, while also providing leadership and support to the Rentals Team through daily coaching, mentoring, performance management, incident investigations, and fostering positive workplace morale, as well as supporting new hires and ensuring resource availability for task completion.
The role of the Team Leader Rentals Delivery Installer is to also deliver, install, assemble, and collect medical equipment as part of the rental service offered to our customers.
What the role involves:
- Team Leadership tasks;
- Delivering, installing, assembling and collecting of medical equipment completed with the highest level of skill, customer service and within time frames;
- 1st line repair of electrical / mechanical equipment (desirable but not essential);
- Time management skills with an ability to meet company performance targets;
- Be comfortable working with mobile phones and electronic devices;
- Computer literacy (Oxando and SAP experience is advantageous, but not essential, training will be provided.);
- The ability to perform in a role that requires lifting up to 15kg on a regular basis;
- Work a rotating roster, including nightshift and weekends;
- Be able to operate within the companies OH&S guidelines including adherence to infection control policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Team Leadership in a Rental business;
- Delivery Driving and installing equipment and/or courier work;
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service, be well presented, confident and sensitivity interacting with staff and clients in a Healthcare environment;
- The ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment;
- A current and valid NSW driver's licence (Class C) is essential;
- You will be required to drive a van and be able to route plan effectively.
- You will be require to be up-to-date with Covid-19 vaccinations.
