What is the Opportunity?
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse & Rentals Operator to join our high‑performing, well‑established Operations team in WA. This newly created role supports the continued growth of our operations business, contributing to both warehouse activities and the delivery, installation, collection, and preparation of medical equipment for our healthcare customers.
This is a permanent full‑time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times available.
What your role will look like:
- Present yourself professionally and communicate confidently and clearly with staff, clients, and healthcare personnel.
- Perform warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and stock handling including the use of a Forklift.
- Deliver, install, assemble, and collect rental medical equipment across hospital and healthcare sites.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in healthcare environments.
- Clean, sanitise, test, and complete basic repairs on equipment (training provided).
- Maintain accurate inventory and follow required documentation processes.
- Ensure safety, infection control, and quality standards are upheld.
- Support the wider operations team as required.
- Arrange or use the Arjo van/truck to complete Rental Equipment deliveries as directed by the State Operations Manager.
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- Excellent communication and high-level customer service skills, with a professional and well‑presented manner;
- A commitment to representing our brand and Guiding Principles;
- Delivery Driving, installing equipment and/or courier work or transferable skills or experience;
- Confidence and sensitivity interacting with staff and clients in a Healthcare environment;
- The ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment;
- A current and valid WA driver's licence (Class C) is essential;
- A current and valid Forklift licence is essential;
- You will be required to drive a van and be able to route plan effectively.
- Experience of 1st line repair of electrical equipment advantageous;
- Experience in cleaning and infection control ideal, but not essential;
- WA Test and Tag Certification preferred but not essential – training can be provided;
- Ability to confidently use MRP system software;
- Be comfortable working with electronic devices such as an iPad and computers;
- Good time management skills;
