Position: Spare Parts Administrator
Location: Barnwood Point Business Park
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Join our dynamic team dedicated to supporting our customers, including the NHS, long-term care facilities and private individuals, by ensuring their medical equipment is maintained and serviced as required.
Working in the Service division, the Spare Parts Administrator is responsible for ensuring both internal and external spare part enquiries and orders are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

The impact you will have:

You will be involved in a wide range of duties including:

  • Administering and processing spare parts requirements for customers and engineers.
  • Raising accurate paperwork.
  • Collate, produce and distribute regular and ad-hoc technical reports and information accurately and efficiently
  • Processing warranty claims
  • Providing quotations to customers by email and verbally.
  • Liaising with the Accounts Department

This is a busy, fast-faced role so it is essential that you have strong administrative skills and that you are highly organised with the ability to prioritise your work effectively to meet deadlines.

 

You will also be required to demonstrate that you have excellent communication and customer service skills to enable you to provide the exemplary level of service we strive to offer.  Your personality, enthusiasm, and positivity are essential for us to build long term relationships with our customers.

 

Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook are essential, a knowledge of SAP would be particularly desirable.
