Position: Technical Support & OEM Coordination Specialist

Location: Barnwood Point Business Park

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Contract

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

 

The Impact You Will Have:

As a Technical Support & OEM Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring effective technical support and seamless coordination between Arjo, OEM partners, customers, and service teams.

 

Your work will help maximise equipment uptime, resolve technical issues efficiently, support service performance targets, and deliver a high-quality customer experience across the UK Service business.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for OEM products across the UK Service business.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Arjo and OEM partners.
  • Coordinate and manage OEM support requests, repairs, and technical activities.
  • Support the UK Service operation in maintaining service performance and revenue objectives.
  • Complete customer insurance reports and technical assessments.
  • Liaise directly with customers, insurers, and third-party organisations regarding equipment-related claims and investigations.
  • Ensure accurate technical information and supporting documentation are provided to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support field engineers and service teams with technical advice and problem resolution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers, and internal departments to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Share knowledge, best practice and support colleagues as required.

 

Skills and Experience:

You will be highly organised, customer‑focused and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll bring:

  • A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of Arjo products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, self‑motivated and team‑focused approach
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

 

Additional Information:

  • No direct line management responsibility
  • Regular contact with both internal and external customers
  • Right to work in the UK is required.
