Date: Jan 8, 2026

Location: Hoffman Estates, IL (USA), Illinois, US - United States

Company: Arjo

As our Pricing Analyst, you will be the engine behind our Pricing Team. You won’t just move data; you will ensure our Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) partnerships run seamlessly. You will own the integrity of our membership data, ensuring every customer receives the correct pricing and every rebate is calculated accurately.

What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)

  • Maintain Data Integrity: Perform weekly audits of GPO and IDN rosters, updating SAP to ensure our contract database reflects the most current affiliations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Corporate Accounts and Contract Analysts to validate membership, manage Letters of Commitment (LOCs), and resolve pricing discrepancies with Customer Service.
  • Drive Analytics: Design and manage custom reports and margin analyses to track customer activity against contracted commitments.
  • System Management: Oversee the database for accrual percentages, GPO fees, and distributor chargebacks across multiple product lines.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years in a professional pricing or data analysis role (Healthcare or Medical Device industry preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables); experience with ERP/BI tools a plus (SAP, M3, or COGNOS).
  • Precision: An analytical mindset with a high attention to detail—you enjoy finding the "needle in the haystack" within complex datasets.
