What is the Opportunity?

At Arjo, we’re empowering mobility in healthcare—and we’re growing! We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic Hong Kong team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and want to be part of a global company making a real impact, this is your opportunity.
This is a full-time, permanent role.

 

What you’ll do: 
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Aftermarket teams to deliver seamless service experiences.

 

We are looking for a person to:
•    All round Customer Service administration duties
•    Handle customer enquiries on product information, delivery schedule and status of orders, through incoming calls, fax and email
•    Answer incoming calls in a prompt and efficient manner and respond to requests in a knowledgeable and helpful approach ensuring customer satisfaction
•    Follow up documentation related to aftermarket sales, such as quotation preparation, order processing, local delivery arrangement and invoice preparation
•    Handle the renew of maintenance contract plans with customers
•    Support procurement/supplier Management
•    Warranty claim handling
•    Provide supports on administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry

What You Bring:
•    Diploma or above with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or administration
•    Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
•    A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
•    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP experience is a plus
•    Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure
