What is the Opportunity?
At Arjo, we’re empowering mobility in healthcare and we’re expanding our Hong Kong team. We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting order management, service coordination, and after-sales support.

 

Key Responsibilities
•    Handle customer enquiries regarding product information, order status, and delivery schedules via phone, email, and other channels
•    Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently
•    Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery
•    Manage maintenance contract renewals and follow up with customers
•    Arrange local deliveries and support logistics coordination
•    Handle warranty claims and related documentation
•    Support procurement and supplier coordination activities
•    Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative support

Requirements
•    Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
•    Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
•    Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
•    Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
•    Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to work under pressure
•    A proactive team player with a customer-focused mindset
