The impact you will have:

The Customer Solutions Executive role is a desk based sales role, responsible for primarily maintaining and building upon Arjo’s repeat business within different medical product portfolios. It is crucial for this role to build and maintain customer relationships demonstrating a ‘One Arjo’ approach and liaising with both Commercial roles and Sales Support Team to help support and drive new sales business.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Actively lead and develop the relationship between Sales Support and Customer Solutions Teams supporting all Sales portfolios in order to represent a ‘One Arjo’ customer experience.
  • Responsible for supporting Sales Support Team with enquires through to order receipt processes for the UK including supporting with customer enquiries throughout the lifecycle of an order.
  • Responsible for maintaining and building customer relationships to be able to offer and propose optimal ordering and delivery practices to customers.            
  • Obtaining and analysing data (mainly Daily Order report & Daily Sales report) to maintain and understand customer run-rate business.
  • Build and maintain close business working relationships with Heads of Commercial Solutions, Business Development Managers and Clinical Specialists in order to help support and drive solution selling, new business opportunities and lead generation and maintaining current customer relationships.
  • Support and drive process for customer leads to be assigned and actioned appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise closely with the Purchasing & Logistics Team to highlight if inventory levels are not in line with business needs to ensure they are.
  • Ensuring both internal and external customer service excellence through the provision of first class communication and processes.
  • Delivering upon core business KPI’s and highlighting and continuously supporting implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Creating a single point of contact for both our internal and external customers.
  • Assist the Customer Solutions and Sales Support Manager with the execution of improvement projects, strategic change and continuous improvements.
  • Maintain and build upon Arjo’s run-rate business within the VTE, PHD, S&F and Dealer portfolios
  • Work with Heads of Commercial Solutions, Business Development Managers and Clinical Specialists in order to support and drive business opportunities and maintain current customer relationships
  • Drive commercial opportunities through lead generation
  • Maintain and build customer relationships to be able to offer and propose optimal ordering and delivery practices to customers.            
  • Ensure work environment is compliant with GDPR regulations
  • Ensure compliance in accordance with quality and health and safety protocols

 

Essential Skills or Experience: 

 

  • A proven track record within a desk based Sales or Customer Experience environment
  • Medical Device knowledge would be an advantage
  • A proven ability to operate accurately in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to analyse data effectively
  • Strong analytical and management information skills
  • Be a strategic thinker
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment and in accordance with business requirements
