Job Title: Rental Contract Administrator

Location: Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00 (1 hour lunch)

The impact you will have

Working as the Rental Contract Administrator you will fulfil requirements within the department to ensure all Rental contract and revenue administration tasks are completed, and any associated queries are investigated and resolved within agreed timeframes.  Do you like having a varied working day? Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain all types of rental contracts including special pricing
  • Manage complete workload for Rentals contracts and revenue administration
  • Manage and update dispute cases to resolution stage 
  • Ensure credits / debits are issued within the specified timeframe ensuring Company process is followed and the authorisation levels are adhered to
  • Collaborate with the wider business to provide guidance and suggestions on solutions after root cause analysis
  • Ensure all rental contract and manual invoicing is completed within the month required
  • Ensure objectives and targets are met
  • Maintain the Rental Partnering Sheet to ensure Data reflects live information in SAP
  • Fulfil any additional rental contract tasks or projects when requested
  • Continually seek business, process and procedure improvements/updates and highlight through the appropriate channels


 

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in credit query resolution
  • SAP experience would be desirable
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Excel including pivot tables, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • High level of attention to detail and numerate
  • Demonstrates the importance of customer service
  • Methodical, analytical and logical thinker
  • Can demonstrate a supportive, coaching style of work
  • Confident on the telephone with a good telephone manner both internal and external
  • Able to interact with staff at all levels across the business
  • Take ownership of workload
  • Organised and prioritise key tasks accurately
