Clinical Specialist (Entry-Level Role) - Rourkela
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct planned educational sessions for nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals on the clinical significance and use of Arjo products.
- Demonstrate Arjo solutions using scientific and evidence‑based clinical rationale.
- Provide incidental bedside teaching during routine clinical rounds.
- Conduct routine checks on systems and equipment currently in use within customer facilities.
- Support nurses in assessing patients at risk for Pressure Injuries, VTE, mobility limitations, and other clinical needs using validated tools.
- Assist in appropriate grading of pressure injuries.
- Engage with hospital leadership and key decision-makers to highlight the value and benefits of Arjo solutions.
- Support hospitals with Pressure Injury (PI) audits.
- Oversee the operations and quality of the Disinfection Centre.
Required Skills
- Strong presentation and teaching skills
- Solid clinical knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in English
- Prior experience in both bedside nursing and teaching is mandatory
- Customer relationship management (account management) skills
- Understanding of basic commercial functions
- Willingness and physical ability to conduct extensive visits to hospitals and care facilities
Qualification & Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- B.Sc. Nursing with 3–4 years of clinical experience
or - M.Sc. Nursing with 1–2 years of post‑master’s clinical experience

This is an entry‑level Clinical Specialist position, suitable for early‑career nurses ready to transition into a clinical education and field‑support role.
