Thromboembolism (VTE) Prevention, Medical Beds and Patient Handling; in addition to holding a significant presence
in the Diagnostics segment with products like Patient Monitors, Fetal Monitors and Dopplers.The company has pioneered the concept of rental sales in Corporate Hospitals of India with the products that it offers. The company

Role Purpose
Drive sales of premium medical equipment and hospital furniture solutions across government and private hospitals
in North India. Ensure revenue growth, tender success, distributor engagement, and compliance with regulatory and
quality standards.
Role Overview
The Equipment Sales Manager drives revenue growth by selling medical equipment and hospital furniture to
government and private hospitals. The role involves managing end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting,
relationship building, tender participation, and deal closure. It also focuses on expanding market presence, managing
distributor networks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Identify and prospect hospitals and healthcare institutions for new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (CEO, COO, CFO, Heads of Departments, Biomedical Engineering, Purchase Heads).
• Manage tender processes: prepare bids, participate in technical and commercial meetings, and track progress
until award.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, Customer Support, Service & Logistics) to deliver
exceptional customer experience.
• Appoint new distributors and manage existing distributor relationships.
• Maintain a pipeline of hospital projects (new critical care wings, ICU renovations, expansions).
• Provide timely reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and directives.
Compliance Statement
This role operates under Arjo's ISO 13485 certified Quality Management System. The incumbent is expected to
ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management protocols, and documentation standards in all sales
activities.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; Postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in medical equipment sales with proven success in government and private
hospital segments.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and contract management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
• Exposure to GEM Portal desirable.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively (10–12 days/month).
CTC Offered: As per market standards based on experience OR Upto 9 lpa
