Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Komorniki, Poznań 
Job type: Full time

 

Being a Customer Service Agent means to proactively manage the open order book of the sales and service units. Understand the ordering behavior and maintain a high level communication, both written and oral, with the internal colleagues. Manage customer queries and complaints. Process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

 

As the Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for:

  • contact with customer (Sales Units around the world),
  • accepting, registering and confirming customer orders in our system,
  • analyzing and checking customer orders (correctness of item codes and quantities),
  • registering and process business claims in a timely manner,
  • attending in local S&OP process,
  • close cooperation with production planners, transport and warehouse team.

 

Skills you will need:

  • customer centric approach,
  • positive attitude and passion for working with clients,
  • fluent English (B2) – oral and written,
  • experience in working with clients will be appreciated,
  • bachelor level in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be appreciated.

In our company, we do not work in fixed hours. You can start work between 7:00 and 9:00. This is an extremely valuable option when you are stuck in morning traffic etc. You can also work remotely on selected days.
