What is the opportunity?
We are now looking for a Category OEM, who can be a part of our success!
As a Category Manager you are a key member of the OEM team. Your mission is to develop and implement a strategy that is aligned with financial objectives of Arjo Global Supply Chain. You´ll leverage your knowledge about the market for the area of OEM.
As Category Manager (OEM) you will be responsible for:

Build and development of global sourcing process and strategy for OEM category with Marketing and SSUs

Daily collaboration and develop relationship with internal stakeholders on OEM management

Creating the development roadmaps based on identified risks and opportunities

Leading global sourcing projects (Supplier selection, RFI and RFQ / TCO cost-down development)

Collaboration with Marketing and SSUs enabling the development of competitive new products portfolio
Skills you will need:
-
Strong knowledge and experience on how to build a category strategy

Few years procurement expertise in production company

At least 5 years professional experience in procurement with global scope, while 2-3 years of category management (knowledge of toolbox, cost models)

Ability to lead and coach multinational teams in dedicated projects

Proven track of records in OEM Sourcing / Negotiations / Contract management

Bachelor degree or equal / preferred Business

Fluent in English
Industry knowledge: market, material, production process will be the additional asset.
