Position: ICT support specialist I
Location: Komorniki (Poznań), on-site/hybrid work
Job type: Full-time
As an ICT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- effectively supporting IT Operations activities for Arjo Poland,
- direct and indirect contact with users,
- managing user and computer accounts in accordance with Arjo global standards,
- troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software incidents,
- offering advice and guidance to users and other IT colleagues where necessary and/ or appropriate work around/s to incidents and problems,
- supporting the activities of Arjo's global IT teams.
The skills and experience you will need for this position:
- minimum of 1,5 years of experience in a similar position, providing end-user support for laptops, desktops, applications and telecommunications,
- fluent English (B2 level) and Polish,
- experience with MS Active Directory,
- experience with the use of BMC Remedy/Helix or similar service desk system,
- experience with Apple IOS, Android and Mobile Device Management,
- experience with installation/updating/troubleshooting with computers and servers based on MS Windows,
- experience with SCCM (preferred),
- experience with Wireless Networks and Mobile Solutions,
- self-reliance,
- high communication skills,
- ability to work in a team,
- ability to organize work time well, punctuality,
- ability to think analytically, define problems and find solutions.
Additional strengths will be:
- IT formal education,
- experience with vSphere,
- experience with managing SharePoint,
- experience with configuring Cisco devices,
- experience with backup solutions,
- experience with ITIL,
- certification in Microsoft and/or network solutions.
