Position: Junior Product Engineer, Patient Handling (1 year contract)

Location: Komorniki (near Poznań)

As a Junior Product Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the modification and improvement of Arjo products and solutions, working under guidance to meet implementation project objectives.
  • Participate in the development and validation of prototypes, assisting with test planning, execution, and basic analysis of results.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including 2D drawings, 3D models, BOMs, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
  • Assist in product-related quality investigations, supporting root-cause analysis and contributing to corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support the preparation and documentation of engineering changes (ECR/ECO) and assist with their implementation in production.
  • Contribute to product optimization, manufacturing improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives as part of cross-functional project teams.
  • Work daily with SolidWorks (2D and 3D), PDM, and Advantum, applying established best practices and engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, supply chain), providing technical support and gaining exposure to end-to-end product workflows.
  • Support compliance with internal requirements and external regulatory standards, participating in technical reviews and audits as required.

 

Skills and experience you will need in this role:
