Global Procurement at ARJO oversees all activities, quality and expenditures within our global supply chain, including components, raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, and third-party items. Our goal is to maintain high quality and the industry’s most responsible, agile, cost-efficient, safe, and compliant supplier base through strong partnerships and shared risk-taking, ultimately creating a more efficient and resilient supply chain that adapts to the dynamic demands of the global economy.

We are now looking for a new colleague for Arjo Procurement and reporting to the Director Procurement Excellence.

 

 

As Procurement Process Manager Supplier Quality you will be responsible for:

 

  • Execute strategic projects on regional and global scale within Procurement Excellence programs. 
  • Translate goals, issues, data, and estimates into actionable project plans for PLT review. 
  • Conduct root cause analysis, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Global/Regional Procurement leaders to ensure alignment and context. 
  • Track progress and deliver monthly updates to stakeholders. 
  • Lead projects or represent Procurement in cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Facilitate workshops and structured interviews to identify issues and develop solutions. 
  • Design and document Supplier Quality processes, procedures, and RACIs. 
  • Act as SME for Supplier Quality processes and tools (M3, Coupa, Power BI); perform UAT when needed. 
  • Drive communication, change management, and training to embed improvements into daily operations.

What you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of Procurement processes for Supplier Quality in global environment
  • 5-10+ years of Procurement experience in a corporate setting. 
  • 3-5 years of experience as an expert/SME in Procurement processes (e.g. Supplier Quality).
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to think, act, roll up your sleeves and dive into the details
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Excellent skills in using Excel, Powerpoint, Visio and Sharepoint
  • Fluent in English and Polish
