Position: Product Engineer

Location: Komorniki (near Poznań)

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Product Group: Disinfection

We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our team and support the development and improvement of solutions in the disinfection area.

 

As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Modifying and improving Arjo products and solutions in line with implementation project goals
  • Building prototypes and testing new solutions in the lab
  • Preparing technical documentation - technical drawings
  • Solving product-related quality issues
  • Preparing engineering changes for implementation
  • Participating in projects aimed at optimizing products and manufacturing processes
  • Working daily in SolidWorks (2D and 3D), PDM, Advantum

 

Skills and experience you will need in this role:

  • A degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline)
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company
  • Knowledge of mechanics, materials engineering, and basic hydraulics
  • Ability to create technical documentation and design in a 3D environment (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
  • High level of motivation and energy to take initiative
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships easily 

 

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of electronics
