Position: Project Manager (Product Development & Engineering)
Location: Komorniki (near Poznań)

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering small to medium-sized projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timeline, cost, and quality.
- Planning, monitoring, and following up on project deliverables, budget, risks, and issues at the project level.
- Owning project execution within the Project-Line operating model, with clear accountability for “what” and “when”.
- Supporting the definition of project team setup in collaboration with Line Managers.
- Coordinating and engaging cross-functional project teams to achieve agreed outcomes, applying best practices and lessons learned.
- Managing project communication by providing clear, timely, and audience-adapted updates to key stakeholders.
- Ensuring project closure with proper documentation, compliance with standards, and sharing of project learnings.
Skills and experience you will need in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or technical leadership roles.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Experience working in cross-functional, multi-discipline project environments.
- Practical knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and basic financial planning.
- Experience working in regulated industries or environments with formal quality requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
