Position: Project Manager (Product Development & Engineering)

Location: Komorniki (near Poznań)

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering small to medium-sized projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with agreed scope, timeline, cost, and quality.
• Planning, monitoring, and following up on project deliverables, budget, risks, and issues at the project level.
• Owning project execution within the Project-Line operating model, with clear accountability for “what” and “when”.
• Supporting the definition of project team setup in collaboration with Line Managers.
• Coordinating and engaging cross-functional project teams to achieve agreed outcomes, applying best practices and lessons learned.
• Managing project communication by providing clear, timely, and audience-adapted updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensuring project closure with proper documentation, compliance with standards, and sharing of project learnings.

Skills and experience you will need in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or technical leadership roles.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Experience working in cross-functional, multi-discipline project environments.
• Practical knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and basic financial planning.
• Experience working in regulated industries or environments with formal quality requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
