Position: Strategic Sourcing Manager
Location: Komorniki (near Poznań)
Employment Type: Full-time, hybrid model of working

As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing supply base and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, including identification of strategic materials and support for NPD and sustainability goals.
- Managing and developing supplier relationships, including supplier performance monitoring (quality, cost, delivery, sustainability) in line with the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process.
- Leading strategic sourcing and Source‑to‑Contract activities, including preparation and analysis of RFQs, supplier recommendations, category strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Driving cost analysis and value creation, including total cost of ownership (TCO), pricing structures, market condition assessments, and identification of cost‑reduction opportunities.
- Ensuring effective contract and risk management, including drafting and maintaining supplier agreements, ensuring compliance throughout the product lifecycle, and assessing supply risks related to political, financial, and environmental factors.
- Conducting market analysis and continuous improvement, staying informed on industry trends and technologies, supporting innovation, and ensuring full compliance with quality system requirements.
Skills and experience you will need in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field, combined with relevant experience in procurement or sourcing roles.
- Knowledge of assigned commodities and understanding of supply market dynamics.
- Familiarity with MRP / ERP systems and working with procurement data and processes.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to assess pricing structures, costs, and data‑driven insights.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills, enabling productive collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken), enabling work in an international environment.
- Proactive, well‑organized, and ethical mindset, with the ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently.
