We are pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity for a Head of Customer Services, based at Morton House, our Head Office.
The new role will be reporting to the UKI Managing Director and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The newly created position of Head of Customer Services will be responsible for responsible for leading the UKI Customer Service function to drive Service Excellence through performance & Insight to enhance customer outcomes and operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will lead customer service operations, order management, customer support planning, deliveries and customer issue resolution. The role will also drive continuous improvement, automation and best practice to optimise the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.
Key areas of responsibility will include:

- Lead, develop and motivate the Customer Service team, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture aligned with Arjo values
- Provide coaching, mentoring and development support to team members
- Take overall accountability for Customer Service analytics insight and governance to meet operational excellence
- Lead the delivery of customer administration and business support processes across the business
- Leading the development of automation and implementation of best practices across UKI
- Driving Customer Service performance and insights
We are looking for an inspirational and experienced leader who combines strategic thinking with strong operational delivery. You will have experience of leading high-performing teams, improving complex customer service processes as well as leading in change. A strong customer-first focus, sound commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively across a diverse organisation will be essential.
