What is the Opportunity?

An exceptional opportunity now exists for a Clinical Sales Specialist to join our highly driven and successful NSW Sales team based in Macquarie Park, NSW.

Working closely with the Sales team and reporting to the State Sales Manager NSW, the Clinical Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing clinical and sales support to key stakeholders across Inner West/ West Sydney and Western NSW (Orange, Dubbo, Mudgee) Aged Care sectors. 

 

This role is both challenging and exciting and provides the opportunity to build your capabilities further in a team delivering business results under strong leadership and direction.

 

We are interested to hear from Clinicians who want to make a difference within the mobility and pressure injury prevention areas.

 

Your role will involve: 

  • Being responsible for managing key stakeholders across NSW
  • Provide clinical support and education to clinicians
  • Meet sales targets and budgets across product areas
  • Drive sales activities to meet your commercial objectives on the territory
  • Create and maintain CRM database of key account information
  • Work cross-functionally as part of a collaborative and caring team 

 

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in a healthcare discipline, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Nursing background required
  • Ideally sales experience working within a medical or pharmaceutical organisation but not essential
  • Clinical knowledge in some or all of the following areas; Manual Handling (focussing on resident/patient handling), Wound Care/Pressure Injury Prevention and Critical Care
  • A growth mindset, a belief that you are in control of your own ability, and can learn and improve your personal and professional outcomes
  • Passion for educating others, particularly as it relates to improving mobility outcomes for our customers patients/residents
  • Display a high level of commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
  • Ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a diverse team across the aged care sectors
  • Team player and strong collaborator
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer and organisational skills;
  • Exceptional time management, planning and analytical skills;
  • Energetic, highly motivated and results driven;
