What is the Opportunity?

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic, passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist, to join our successful MARCOMS Team, based out of our Macquarie Park Office, in Sydney, NSW.


About the Role


The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager, and be responsible for executing digital marketing and communication activities from multi-channel digital campaigns, to creating impactful digital content, and focusing on how to improve and strengthen our overall digital performance.


The ideal candidate should have a passion for all things digital! Be creative, data driven and enthusiastic by bringing your expertise/ experiences in digital marketing, to ensure the continued engagement and growth of the business.


You will also work closely with our internal stakeholders, to ensure best-in-class content and messaging for all customer events and accompanying communications.

 

To be successful in the role, you will have:

 

•    At least 3 years’ experience in digital and marketing including, content creation; pharma or medical devices industry is desirable but not essential;
•    Basic to intermediate knowledge of design software (e.g Adobe, InDesign); desirable;
•    Experience working with marketing automation software (Salesforce account engagement/Pardot, Hubspot, or similar), 
•    Experience working with social media management platforms (Sprout, Hootsuit, or similar), and Website builder Wix or similar.
•    CMS/CRM experience.
•    Can analyse and interpret Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
•    Excellent communication, presentation skills and attention to detail;
•    Creative and innovative;
•    Ability to multitask, prioritise and efficiently meet deadlines;
•    Ability to work independently as well as work together as a team;
•    A ‘can do’ attitude, takes the initiatives, and the ability to manage your workload.
