Expressions of Interest

We are seeking expressions of interests for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operator Truck Driver to join our Operations team based in Eastern Creek NSW. This role is to support the Sales, Service and Rental teams by delivering medical equipment, managing inventory and processing the ordering and storage of all required stock and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and according to company policies.

 

Expressions of Interest candidates will be contacted in January 2025 for interviews, with expected start date in February 2025.

 

The role will involve:

  • Delivery, installation, assembly and collection duties are attended in a prompt and efficient manner with the highest level of skill.
  • Ensure that accurate inventory levels are maintained and stock movements are recorded on the correct paperwork;
  • Recording goods movement in the system and periodic monitoring of stock accuracy;
  • Ensure compliance to OH&S requirements and recommend improvements in this area;
  • Prevent the likelihood of infection being transmitted from any source by performing cleaning duties in accordance to Infection Control Policies;
  • Maintain rental stock availability in vehicle for efficient service to be maintained;
  • Ensure that all units are in suitable condition, testing and charging for re-issuing into the market;
  • Arrange or use Arjo company vehicles to deliver equipment to customers;
  • Provide basic support within the Rentals decontamination facility as required.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a Warehouse / Store person role;
  • HR Drivers Licence (beneficial but not essential)
  • Experience in the administration and monitoring of stock;
  • Good understanding of warehouse management systems;
  • Forklift Licence;
  • Effective communication with all working relationships;
  • Basic computer literacy is required to use in house applications (e.g. Microsoft Windows, MS Office applications, SAP, etc.);
  • Physically fit to safely carry out the duties of the role without significant risk to self or others;
  • Experience within a Healthcare related industry an advantage.
