What is the Opportunity? 
Arjo has a unique opportunity for the ideal candidate to become part of our high performing Sales Team within Australia. The role of Healthcare Outcomes Manager is to initially develop and drive the Arjo MOVE® and Caregiver Injury Reduction Programs (MOVE & CIR) through targeted accounts across Australia. This position will also evolve to supporting all Arjo Outcome Programs.

 

The Arjo MOVE® & CIR Outcome Program is a strategic Global initiative, and this role is solely accountable for the success of the program across Australia, interfacing with key supporting personnel is critical both locally and globally within Arjo.


About the role
The role involves presenting the programme solutions and KPI deliverables to Healthcare Executives securing the partnership with an agreed KPI deliverables contract as well as ensuring the programme is implemented successfully. By having your own clinical background you will work closely with the Arjo and healthcare facilities clinical team positioning Arjo as the customers Mobility Partner of choice. 


You will work closely with the Commercial Manager, Clinical educators, Marketing Team and Director of Sales on devising and implementing the strategy and providing feedback for continuous improvement to ensure success of this business area. 


An additional and important area of responsibility is developing and maintaining the commercial and contractual partnerships of major customers to formulate offerings that maximise sales, including managing all contractual obligations. 


This is a unique opportunity for a role that gives you the ability to work at a senior level, interfacing with Healthcare Executives within both the Acute and Long Term Care market.  Where you are able to build an exciting business from the ground up. It also allows you to build your own profile and career locally and globally for a successful driven individual. 


About you
We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

•    Successful Executive Sales experience at a senior level, with a minimum 5 years’ experience in a Corporate Partnerships role (or similar) with in the Health and Medical devices field;
•    Experience as an allied health professional with sales experience, such as OT, Physio or Nurse;
•    Ideally, prior experience within the Aged Care market and existing relationships within Aged Care Corporate Accounts;
•    Extensive executive sales knowledge and sales capability, particularly at the C-Suite Level;
•    Commercial and contract skillset; with the ability to understand and negotiate complex commercial agreements and terms;
•    Sound clinical knowledge as it relates to patient mobility and pressure related injuries;
•    Leadership techniques and proven ability to use strong people skills in liaising and building relationships with all levels of a business;
•    Clinical ability to understand customer’s clinical environment, needs and to discuss outcomes in a relatable way within the clinical setting;
•    Clinical coaching and training experience in running multi-faceted courses and the ongoing coaching and mentoring of the participants;
•    Extensive experience in the sales lifecycle and the preparation of submission documents and reports;  
•    Strong  market knowledge to help identify opportunities for the business and the sales team;
•    Proven ability and experience selling conceptually around a solution based product, including using health economics tools and data sets; 
•    Be an outstanding communicator with excellent team collaboration across departments and stakeholders & interpersonal skills;  
•    An execution orientated mind-set with a strong passion for business development;
•    Strong people skills, with a natural flare for interacting with stakeholders at all organisational levels;
•    Hold and maintain a valid full driver's license.
