Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the management of document-type engineering projects (product maintenance, quality improvement, cost reduction and regulatory compliance) ;
- Work in collaboration with the project managers of the engineering and product devlopment department by carrying out certain documentary type task ;
- Ensure the link with other departments for the projects it coordinates ;
- Manage timelines for ongoing projects ;
- Ensure adequate documentation of each project under his responsibility ;
- Create the layout and edit the content of product and packaging labels ;
- Support during the integration of new employees within the department by creating access and providing basic training in the various computer engineering tools (e.g. M3, Advantum, etc.) ;
- Participate in all other related tasks.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Administrative degree combined with 3-5 years of experience related to the position ;
- French (5/5) ;
- Fluency in english (4/5) ;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite ;
- Ease of learning computer system type : ERP, PLM/PDM, label editor ;
- The ability to do project management / planning ;
- Asset : work in a regulated environment (medical, aeronautical, automotive).
- Sense of organization, initiative, autonomy ;
- Good analytical skills and ability to work in a team.
