Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant technology / functional area, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- OIQ member.
- Experience of close and successful collaboration with suppliers and partners.
- Skilled in modern product development best practices.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience from working in regulated industry.
- Experience of evaluation, implementation and work in relevant softwares and tools.
- Managerial courage and cross-functional influence to take and implement decision necessary to execute strategy.
- Experience and ability to lead change and transformation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
