What You Will Do at Arjo

As part of the Product Development and Engineering team, you will contribute to the design, improvement, and technical support of our medical equipment, from the initial concept through manufacturing and market use.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems;
• Perform testing, analysis, and prototyping to validate concepts;
• Contribute to the development of innovative new products;
• Improve existing products to optimize performance, quality, and cost;
• Provide technical support to manufacturing by resolving technical issues;
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations;
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to projects;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and partners to successfully execute projects;
• Participate in quality, certification, and continuous improvement activities;
• Organize work independently while contributing to overall team success.

Language Requirement

This position requires an excellent command of French (Level 5/5) and a strong command of English (Level 4/5). These language skills are essential due to frequent interactions with development teams and business partners located across Arjo sites worldwide. English proficiency is required to coordinate projects, comply with international standards, and review technical documentation, which is often available only in English. This requirement is necessary to ensure successful performance in a global work environment.
