Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage various engineering projects such as product maintenance, quality improvement, cost reduction, and regulatory compliance;
  • Participate in the process of transferring new products to production;
  • Link up with other departments for projects he/she coordinates;
  • Manage schedules for ongoing projects;
  • Coordinate laboratory tests required in the course of his/her work;
  • Ensure proper documentation of each project under his/her responsibility.

 

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

  • University degree in mechanical engineering combined with 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Fluency in English (4/5);
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes;
  • Project management and planning skills;
  • Asset: experience working in a regulated environment (medical, aeronautical, automotive).

 

Personal Qualities:

  • Organizational skills, initiative, autonomy;
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work as part of a team.

  • The role requires international travel.
