Global Procurement at ARJO oversees all activities, quality and expenditures within our global supply chain, including components, raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, and third-party items. Our goal is to maintain high quality and the industry’s most responsible, agile, cost-efficient, safe, and compliant supplier base through strong partnerships and shared risk-taking, ultimately creating a more efficient and resilient supply chain that adapts to the dynamic demands of the global economy.
We are now looking for a new colleague for Arjo Global Procurement and reporting to the Manager Procurement Project Office.
As Procurement Lead you will be responsible for:

Serving as an active core team member in New Product Development (NPD) projects.

Leading the planning and execution of procurement activities throughout the NPD lifecycle—from pre-study to implementation—ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budget.

Providing procurement status updates at each gate review stage of NPD projects.

Ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement across all project phases.

Monitoring project and program performance, and delivering regular status reports to Management and the Project Office.

Identifying, assessing, and mitigating procurement-related risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Contributing to the development and implementation of project management methodologies, standards, tools, and processes.

Guiding and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve procurement-related project goals.

Ensuring procurement deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.

Managing project and program budgets with a focus on financial control and value creation.

Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in procurement and project management practices.
The skills you will need:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration or related fields

Good knowledge of Business and Procurement processes in global environment

5-10+ years of Procurement experience in a corporate setting

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead

Strong knowledge of project management
-
Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities,
-
Fluent in English
-
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
-
Experience from leading projects in international organization
