Our DACH region is constantly evolving. To support our ongoing development processes we are now looking for a Digital & Project Manager (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role working closely with our Managing Director DACH and our businesses your skills and ideas are what it takes to drive our digital growth. 

 

The position requires regular on-site presence in our DACH locations Mainz-Kastel (Germany), Vienna (Austria) and Reiden (Switzerland) and can be placed in either DACH entity.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Process Harmonization in DACH: oversee and assisting journey towards a harmonized quote 2 cash process within the cluster
  • Indirect Management of Key Users in DACH: Share and establish process consistency across the DACH region
  • Developing Digital Strategies: Create and integrate digital strategies into existing business structures
  • Project & Change Management: Lead digital initiatives, secure ressources, and oversee project execution, guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during digital transformations
  • Technology Implementation: Implement digital solutions such as automation, AI, etc.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and optimize business processes to improve efficiency
  • Tool Implementation: Evaluate and implement tools for process orientation and train staff on their use
  • IT Ticketing Management for DACH: Manage the IT ticketing system for DACH, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining quality standards
  • Interact with Global Process Owners: Collaborate with global process owners to ensure alignment and integration of global processes

 

Your profile:

  • Educational background and training in Business, Management, IT or similar field, additional Project Management certification is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, preferably through IT ticketing systems hereby ensuring resolution quality
  • Experience in digital strategy development and project management as well as business process analysis and the use of ERP systems with associated tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis and technology/ tool implementation
  • Knowledge of process documentation, optimization and mapping
  • Experience in quality assurance and continuous process improvement
  • Ability to advise and support/ train stakeholders in process management
  • Business fluent written and spoken in German and English
