Empowering careers at ARJO

At Arjo, we know what moves us. We go above and beyond for people facing mobility challenges. We take every opportunity to work and grow as one team and take pride in sharing our knowledge and experience. Does that sound like something that moves you too?

This could be your opportunity to begin a challenging and rewarding career in a healthcare company that empowers movement for people with mobility challenges.

As a Financial Analyst (internally titled Business Controller) in Group Finance at Arjo, you will work close to the financial flows that connect production, inventory, and supply chain operations across an international manufacturing environment. The role focuses on understanding how operational and transactional movements impact financial results and ensuring that deviations can be clearly explained and understood across the organisation.

About the Role

You will be part of Group Finance at HQ in Malmö and work closely with finance teams in factories, supply chain, and central warehouse operations. The role combines financial controlling responsibilities with a clear focus on analysing and explaining how financial and operational flows connect.

Your work follows recurring cycles such as month-end closing, reporting, and follow-up. A central part of the role is to analyze differences in results and explain what drives them, such as currency movements, cost changes, or inventory effects. You work closely with transaction flows and operational data to ensure that financial outcomes can be traced, understood, and challenged when needed.

You will also contribute to improving how financial data is structured, analyzed, and reported over time.

The role is based in a hybrid setup with regular presence at the office in Malmö and reports to VP Global Finance Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning

  • Drive financial planning including budget and forecast for product flows.
  • Simulation of different scenarios, estimation of currency and tariff impacts

Actual Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse performance against targets.
  • Prepare monthly business review report for management
  • Support profitability and working capital improvements
  • Manage cooperation with Supply Chain operations to ensure accurate COGS and profitability
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

About You

You work in a structured way and focus on understanding how financial data is built up from transactions. You take responsibility for your analysis and ensure that results can be explained and supported.

You use data to explain what has happened and why results differ from expectations. You are comfortable working with incomplete information and making reasonable assumptions when needed, rather than aiming for perfect data in every situation.

You balance attention to detail with a pragmatic approach. You know when to investigate differences in depth and when a clear, reasonable explanation is sufficient.

You collaborate with stakeholders across finance and operations and adapt how you communicate depending on who you work with.

Experience & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we believe that you will check most of these boxes:

  • Degree in finance, business administration, or similar
  • 3 + years of experience working with financial data, analysis, or reporting in a finance or analytical role
  • Strong Excel skills, including working with large datasets
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
