Marketing Coordinator Nordics
Are you a hands‑on, execution‑oriented marketing professional who enjoys turning priorities into concrete marketing activities? Do you like working close to sales, creating materials, running campaigns and supporting commercial success through practical marketing delivery?
We are now looking for an additional Marketing Coordinator to join Arjo Nordics. Together with our existing Marketing Coordinator, you will form the operational core of the Nordic marketing function. Each Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a defined business area, while ensuring alignment and efficient collaboration across the team.
Location: Arjo HQ in Malmö

About the role
This is a hands‑on role focused on planning, coordinating, executing and following up marketing activities that directly support Sales. You will be responsible for translating overall marketing priorities into high‑quality marketing execution within your assigned area, in close collaboration with Sales and internal stakeholders.
You will be part of the Nordic Sales & Marketing organization and be based at Arjo’s headquarters in Malmö, together with the other Marketing Coordinator. The role reports to the Marketing Director Nordics, who is based at our Danish office in Ballerup.
Your responsibilities will include:

Execute global campaigns locally, including homepage updates, email communication and media handling

Plan and deliver local marketing campaigns, including content, email and campaign assets

Manage and update Nordic websites (structure, content, hero sections and basic customer journey)

Support digital visibility through website updates, email marketing and social media

Support new product launches through hands‑on digital execution and content updates

Create, adapt and maintain marketing and sales materials (digital and print)

Maintain and structure the media bank for commercial use

Own and manage the LanguageWire process, including coordination and quality of translations

Work actively in CRM systems to support campaigns, leads and sales follow‑up

Compile and share basic marketing data, dashboards and reports

Support Sales with marketing materials and data‑based insights
What we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive marketing professional who thrives in close collaboration with Sales and clearly understands how marketing activities drive revenue. You are business‑minded, structured and execution‑focused, and you enjoy turning insights, campaigns and data into tangible sales impact.
For this role, we are looking for someone with:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field

Proven experience in planning, leading and executing both global and local marketing campaigns

Strong digital marketing experience, including social media, SEO/SEM and other digital platforms

Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce, including campaign support, follow‑up and reporting

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure campaign performance and make data‑driven decisions

Experience overseeing website content and optimizing user experience end‑to‑end to drive conversion

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing software

Hands‑on experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, including production and adaptation of marketing and sales materials

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously

Comfort working across multiple tools and systems in a global, commercial environment

Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language
