The impact you will have

As our Procurement Specialist, you will be a key driver of smooth, efficient and compliant Indirect Procurement operations across Arjo. You’ll help shape how our global teams work every day by making sure our Source‑to‑Pay processes run flawlessly, with a special focus on the Procure‑to‑Pay area.

 

By improving systems, data and ways of working, you’ll directly support Arjo’s mission to create healthier outcomes for people facing mobility challenges. Your work behind the scenes will help our teams stay focused on delivering reliable, high‑quality solutions to customers around the world.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Helping shape and continuously improve our procurement processes, procedures and systems.
  • Leading and supporting initiatives that make our tools easier to use and our operations more efficient.
  • Be a specialist of the Coupa P2P and CLM systems from a procurement and business perspective and support the business in the usage of the systems.
  • Creating and maintaining user‑friendly, compliant system procedures.
  • Coordinating release activities, from analysis and planning to testing, training and documentation.
  • Collaborating closely with procurement teams, process owners, business stakeholders and finance to monitor performance and drive improvements.
  • Supporting implementation projects through UAT, documentation, training and post‑go‑live tasks.
  • Building and updating training materials and content for procurement system start pages.
  • Contributing to data quality, reporting and analytics within procurement.

  • Academic degree or equivalent professional experience relevant to the role
  • Experience with ERP systems and/or procurement management platforms
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Proven experience in system and process support within an international setting
  • Solid knowledge of P2P processes across procurement and finance functions
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
