Position: Summer worker, IT Support and Reception
Location: Malmö
Job type: Fulltime, fixed term contract 
 

We are searching for a summer worker to support the day to day local IT support tasks as well as in our reception during the period June 1st to August 31st with possible flexibility. Please inform us about your availability in your application.  
 

Main Responsibilities and tasks
 

IT Support

•    Managing incoming IT support requests for Sweden, Norway, and Denmark
•    Basic MS Office support
•    Network/  Wi-Fi connectivity 
•    SW installation
•    Basic troubleshooting and implementation of solutions
•    Contacting internal IT Specialists for support with more complex issues
•    Communicating and collaborating with users from start to finish of a case
•    Configuration of laptops and iPhones
•    Upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11
•    Review office space equipment and cabling – manage improvements if needed
 

The IT Support tasks are determined by the variety of unforeseen issues occurring from day to day which means that the above tasks can vary.
 

Reception

•    Receive post and packages 
•    Support in sending packages and prepare for pick up
•    Scan incoming invoices to finance
•    Support in reception related tasks that might occur during the day


Knowledge and experience
We believe the ideal candidate is 18 years or older and who is a student in the area of IT or is someone who is a gamer with a specialized interest in computers. You find it motivating to work in an environment where no two days are the same, and you thrive on flexibility and being ready for any challenge that comes your way. 
 

Other requirements:
•    Fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and in writing
